These Terms govern the use of the getcoinsight service (the “Service”), available at getcoinsight.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the service

The Service provides informational and analytical tools for the cryptocurrency market: charts with technical indicators, fundamental data, pattern recognition, and ratings generated by artificial intelligence models.

2. Not financial advice

All information in the Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice, an offer, or a recommendation. Decisions to buy/sell assets are made by you independently and at your own risk. Cryptocurrency trading involves a high risk of capital loss.

3. Account

Some features require registration. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the actions taken within it. The Service is available to persons who are at least 18 years old.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) are offered as a subscription billed monthly, every 6 months, or annually.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is made through third-party payment providers (Paddle, Stripe) or with cryptocurrency.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of the period until you cancel it in your account settings.
  • Refund matters are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Prohibited: automated bulk data collection (scraping) outside the provided interfaces, reselling access, attempts to bypass plan limits, and interfering with the operation of the Service.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or timeliness of data, which partly comes from third-party sources (in particular CoinGecko, Binance). We may change functionality and these Terms; the current version is published on this page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any damages arising from trading decisions made based on the information provided.
