Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the getcoinsight service (the “Service”), available at getcoinsight.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the service

The Service provides informational and analytical tools for cryptocurrencies, stocks and ETFs, commodities, currency pairs and equity indices: charts with technical indicators, fundamental data, pattern recognition, screeners, and composite ratings.

2. Not financial advice

All information in the Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice, an offer, or a recommendation. Decisions to buy/sell assets are made by you independently and at your own risk. Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, currencies and commodities involves a high risk of capital loss.

3. Account

Some features require registration. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the actions taken within it. The Service is available to persons who are at least 18 years old.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans (Radar, Pro, Trader+) are sold as prepaid access for a period of 1, 6 or 12 months.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and paid in USDT at 1 USDT = 1 USD.
  • USDT payments are sent by you directly to the operator's wallet address shown on the invoice, on the network you choose. The exact invoiced amount must arrive; network and exchange withdrawal fees are borne by you. Access starts automatically once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. A confirmed transaction cannot be reversed, so any refund is a new transfer from the operator under the Refund Policy.
  • Prices for USDT payments are final: no VAT or other tax is added on top at checkout (network and withdrawal fees aside).
  • Plans are prepaid for the chosen period (1, 6 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically — no card is charged unless you make a new purchase. Access continues until the end of the paid period; buying again extends it. The only exception is renewal from your account balance (below) — nothing is charged to a card or wallet.
  • Account balance. Any amount received above an invoice (from $0.10) and referral earnings are credited to your account balance in US dollars. The balance is subtracted from the price when you pay; if it covers one month of your current plan, the plan is extended by a month from the balance one day before it ends (only while renewal from the balance is switched on in your profile; it is off by default for new accounts). The balance is not electronic money: it cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, it does not expire while your account exists and is cancelled if the account is deleted.
  • Refund matters are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Prohibited: automated bulk data collection (scraping) outside the provided interfaces, reselling access, attempts to bypass plan limits, and interfering with the operation of the Service.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or timeliness of data, which partly comes from third-party sources (in particular CoinGecko, Binance). We may change functionality and these Terms; the current version is always published on this page. We will notify you of material changes to your disadvantage by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you have a prepaid plan and do not accept such a change, you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part of your paid period.

7. Restricted jurisdictions

You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country where you live or use the Service. The Service is not offered where its use is prohibited. In particular, trading-related features — exchange and derivatives (perpetual futures) links, trade setups and leverage estimates, bot/webhook trading signals and guides to buying crypto-assets — are not offered to residents of mainland China, where virtual-currency trading and related services are prohibited, or anywhere else such activity is unlawful. In the United Kingdom, where promoting crypto-asset trading is restricted by the Financial Conduct Authority's financial-promotion rules, trade setups are withheld on every plan: exact entry, stop and target levels, leverage estimates and position sizes are not shown on the site or sent through the API, the bot, direct messages or webhooks. We determine your country from your IP address. Do not use those features if they are prohibited for you.

8. Automation and trading bots

Webhooks send only the signals you explicitly marked for your bot. Signals are mechanical and may be delayed, duplicated, missed or wrong. The Service does not place, manage or close orders — your bot and your exchange do, under your settings (including stop-loss, take-profit and leverage). You alone are responsible for every order your bot executes. Test with a paper-trading bot first.

9. Third-party data

Market data comes from third parties (exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, MEXC and Kraken; CoinGecko; Nasdaq for stock end-of-day data; news publishers) and remains their property. Data, exports (CSV/PDF) and API responses are provided for your personal, non-commercial use: do not redistribute, resell or republish them. News links lead to the publishers' own sites.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from trading or investment decisions made on the basis of the information provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in them affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts there. Please contact support first — most issues can be settled there.

12. Referral and partner programme

  • Invited friend. An account created through another user's referral link gets 7 days of Pro once its email is confirmed (or it returns on a later day), and 20% off its first payment made in cryptocurrency or USDT (card payments are charged at the full price). The discount applies once per account.
  • Inviting user. For each invited account that qualifies, the inviting user also gets 7 days of Pro (up to 10 accounts per 30 days and 90 days in total). For every 3 months of a plan an invited account pays for, the inviting user gets 30 days of its own current paid plan (Pro if it has none), up to 12 such rewards per 12 months. A reward is worth what the invited account paid on average for one month: when that is less than the monthly price of the plan the reward extends (yearly rate), the reward is proportionally fewer days, at least one. Rewards are free plan time: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and a reward is taken back if the payment it is based on is refunded or charged back. Referral credit earned before 28 October 2026 stays on the account balance (see section 4).
  • Fair use. Rewards are not granted for accounts of the same person — for example, sign-ups from the same network or device as the inviting account — or for accounts created automatically or in bulk. We may cancel rewards obtained in breach of these rules and suspend the accounts involved.
  • Partner programme. By separate agreement we may make a user a partner. A partner receives the agreed share (between 5% and 50%) of every payment made by the accounts it invited, instead of the free plan time described above. Amounts are recorded in US dollars and paid out by hand in USDT to the wallet address the partner enters in its profile, once at least $20 is due; network fees are borne by us. Shares of payments that are later refunded or charged back are deducted from future payouts. The partner is responsible for the correctness of its wallet address and for its own taxes. Either side may end the partnership at any time; amounts already earned and not refunded are still paid out. Partner earnings are not part of the account balance.
