Refund Policy

This Policy describes the terms for cancelling a subscription and obtaining refunds for the paid plans of the getcoinsight service.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the period you have already paid for, and automatic renewal is turned off.

2. Refunds

• If within 14 days of your first payment you have not actually used the paid features, you may request a full refund.
• For a period already used or partially used, funds are generally not refunded, except in cases provided for by applicable consumer protection law.
• Crypto payments, due to the irreversibility of transactions, are refunded only by agreement and as a stablecoin equivalent.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@getcoinsight.com from your account email with the payment details. We will respond within a few business days. Refunds are issued using the same method used for the original payment.

4. Payment provider

For some payments, the seller of record is a payment provider (Merchant of Record, e.g. Paddle) — in that case, refunds are processed according to its procedures.
