Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what personal data the getcoinsight service processes, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

1. What data we collect

  • Account: email and password hash (we never store the password itself), or your Google/Telegram account identifier if you signed up that way.
  • Usage: technical logs, chart settings, saved screeners and alerts, AI analysis requests (logged for cost accounting), and API key usage counters.
  • Visitor analytics: to understand how the Service is used and to help secure your account, we store page views (which section and when), IP address, approximate location (country/city by IP), browser type, device/session identifiers, and last visit time. This data is visible only to administrators. We use it both in aggregate (usage trends) and per-account (e.g. detecting unusual device/location patterns that may indicate unauthorized account sharing).
  • Payments: processed by providers (Paddle for cards, NOWPayments for crypto). We do not receive or store payment card data.
  • Telegram: if you connect notifications, we store your Telegram chat ID.

2. Purpose of processing

Providing access to the Service, authentication, billing, sending the notifications you have configured, analytics and improvement of the Service, and support.

3. Third-party services

To operate, the Service connects to third-party data and processing providers: CoinGecko, Binance (market data), AI model providers (for analysis generation), payment providers (Paddle, NOWPayments), Telegram (notifications), and ip-api.com for approximate location by IP address. Their own privacy policies apply.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (maintaining your session). There are no third-party advertising trackers; visitor analytics is handled by our own tools.

5. Retention

Data is stored for as long as your account exists. After account deletion, associated personal data is deleted, except for information we are required to retain by law (e.g., payment records).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. To do so, contact us — we will process your request within a reasonable time.
