What is getcoinsight?
A platform for technical and fundamental cryptocurrency analysis: charts, indicators, patterns, a coin screener, on-chain and derivatives data, and AI analysis. This is educational analytics, not financial advice.
Is there free access?
Yes. Core features and a limited number of AI analyses per day are available for free after registration. Paid plans remove the limits and unlock advanced screener filters, derivatives, and on-chain data.
How do alerts work?
You can create price and RSI alerts on a coin's page, or save a screener and get notified about new matches. Channels: email, Telegram, and browser push notifications. Configure everything in your Profile.
What payment methods are available?
Cards via Paddle and cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Monthly, semi-annual, and annual billing are available — longer periods cost less.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in accordance with our refund policy. See the "Refunds" page for details. For any questions, reach out to support@getcoinsight.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile → Subscription and click "Cancel". Your access remains until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Account Security → "Delete account". This action cannot be undone: your alerts, saved screeners, and history are removed.
Is this financial advice?
No. All data and AI conclusions are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Cryptocurrency trading carries risk; you make your decisions on your own.
