What is getcoinsight?
A delisting, caution-tag and listing radar for the coins you hold. It watches Binance, Upbit, Bithumb, OKX and Bybit announcements — delistings, Korean caution and monitoring tags, new listings and perp launches — pings you in Telegram, browser push or email when it catches one on a coin on your watchlist or in your portfolio, or on every coin if you switch that on (on Free, 10 minutes later), and measures what the price did next (1h / 24h / 7d). Around it: a market screener, charts with indicators and patterns, and alerts for crypto, plus stocks, ETFs, currencies and commodities. This is educational analytics, not financial advice.
How fast do listing alerts arrive?
We don't compete on seconds. Free public Telegram channels often post Upbit, Bithumb and Binance listings within seconds; our radar catches a notice within seconds to several minutes depending on the exchange, and the measured median per exchange is on the Announcements page. On Radar, Pro and Trader+ the ping goes out when the radar catches the notice; on Free the same ping comes 10 minutes later. What we add is context: the move after similar events, filters, Korean caution tags and OKX / Bybit perp events.
What's the difference between Free and Radar?
Both get the same listing, perp-launch, delisting and caution-flag pings from Binance, Bybit, OKX, Upbit and Bithumb, plus new Coinbase listings. Free gets them 10 minutes later, up to 8 a day and unfiltered. Radar gets them without that delay, with filters by exchange and event type, delivery to your own JSON webhook and 1,000 API requests a day including the announcements endpoint. Radar also lifts Free's cap of 3 market-ignition alerts a day — you get every ignition, with a turnover filter. It adds no screener coins, saved screens or alert slots on top of Free — that is what Pro is for.
Is there free access?
Yes. Listing and delisting alerts (10 minutes after paid plans get them), the market table, real-time charts with indicators and patterns, the derivatives tab, the basic screener, 3 alerts and 1 saved screen with new-match alerts are free after registration. Listing alerts without the 10-minute delay and with filters, more alerts, advanced screener filters, backtests and fundamental data are on paid plans. Connect our Telegram bot and subscribe to the channel, and you get a 7-day Pro trial, no card required (one trial per person and Telegram account). After it ends you stay on Free unless you choose a paid plan.
How do alerts work?
You can create price and RSI alerts on a coin's page, or save a screener and get notified about new matches. Channels: email, Telegram, and browser push notifications. Configure everything in your Profile.
What payment methods are available?
Direct USDT transfers. Pay for 1, 6 or 12 months at once — longer periods cost less. Refunds follow our refund policy (see the Refunds page).
Can I get a refund?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Plans are one-time prepaid purchases, so there is nothing to cancel — no card or wallet is ever charged automatically, and access stays until the end of the paid period. The one exception: if your account balance (referral earnings or a crypto overpayment) covers a month, it renews your plan from that balance a day before it ends — only while this is switched on in your profile.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Account Security → "Delete account". This action cannot be undone: your alerts, saved screeners, and history are removed.
